SERVICE ENQUIRY DEMO · SYNTHETIC DATA

A customer enquiry is a conversation, not a single form submission.

This service enquiry qualification demo keeps the original request and later replies together, checks what the service actually requires, and gives the team a clear next step: ask for detail, review the case, or propose a CRM opportunity.

What this demonstration does today

The working demo is private and uses supplied synthetic scenarios with exact replayed understanding. It makes no live model calls, writes only to an embedded demo CRM after approval, and does not send email.

A REAL PATH THROUGH THE DEMO

From an incomplete request to a reviewed CRM action.

The fictional Asteron Industrial Engineering workflow includes a supplied PLC modernization example. The facts below come from its synthetic messages; the qualification decision comes from application rules.

01

Receive and preserve

The initial request says PLC modernization in Tampere, Siemens S7-300, and two production lines. The original message is kept.

02

Find what's missing

The service catalogue requires a target timeline. Without one, the request is marked Needs Information.

03

Prepare the right question

A grounded follow-up can ask for the timeline. A human reviews communication separately; the demo sends nothing.

04

Use the reply

The supplied reply adds “Q1 2027.” It becomes a new evidence version while the initial facts remain available.

05

Qualify again

Service requirements and current CRM context are checked again, including whether a similar open opportunity already exists.

06

Approve, then act

An opportunity-ready result can produce a CRM proposal. A manager approves the exact version, then explicitly creates the demo CRM deal.

MORE THAN ONE OUTCOME

The system does not force every request into a new deal.

Its deterministic qualification can ask for missing detail, require technical or manual review, recognize an existing opportunity, mark a request out of scope, or route a non-sales message away from sales.

A message with unclear identity or conflicting facts is held for review. A later reply can change the decision, so old approvals cannot simply carry forward.

TWO SEPARATE DECISIONS

Approving a deal does not approve a message.

The CRM proposal is bound to the current enquiry version and checked against fresh CRM data at creation time. Follow-up wording is grounded in message, CRM, and service-catalogue evidence and has its own safety and human review path.

What a reviewer can inspect

  • Original message and later replies with their source facts
  • Missing information, service match, and qualification findings
  • Existing CRM company, contact, and opportunity context
  • Proposed CRM action, follow-up draft, and audit history
  • Duplicate, changed-state, and repeated-action protections

What this demo does not claim

  • Open-ended understanding of arbitrary customer text
  • Live AI calls in the private demonstration
  • Customer HubSpot or other production CRM integration
  • Outbound email sending after communication approval
  • A finished, generally available product
